The Role and Mechanism of PI3K/Akt/mTOR Signaling Pathway in Autophagy during Mesenchymal Stem Cells Directional Differentiation

To study the autophagy and mechanism of phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B/mammalian target rapamycin signaling pathway in directional differentiation mesenchymal stem cells to provide basic research results for its application medical field is main objective study. The lung bone marrow mice were used as experimental materials. materials divided into five groups according settings no-disturbance, induction differentiation, promotion inhibition autophagy. characteristics changes phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/ protein pathway-related molecules, activity direction studied. According results, average value phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase molecules lithium chloride group was 6.21 on 1st d culture Dickkopf-1 5.75. It can be seen that activation are related signaling. There a clear correlation between pathway. expression phosphatidylinositol-3- kinase/protein affect behavior cells. This shows have great potential.
